ISP+ Affiliate Program Terms.
These terms govern participation in the Intelligent Services Plus Affiliate Program.
1. Enrollment and status
Participation requires an approved application. Intelligent Services Plus, LLC (“ISP+”) may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate an affiliate at its discretion. Affiliates are independent contractors and have no authority to bind, represent, collect money for, or make commitments on behalf of ISP+.
2. Eligible services
Eligible services are website-build projects with an ISP+ service fee of at least $299 and qualifying recurring SEO plans with a starting monthly service fee of at least $499. A website commission equals 10% of the net eligible website-design service fee actually collected by ISP+. An SEO commission equals 10% of the first collected monthly service payment only.
3. Exclusions
No commission applies to the $229 Personal & Hobby Website, Website Care, SEO Growth at $299/month, SEO + AI Visibility at $449/month, ordinary à la carte items, taxes, domains, hosting, premium software, advertising, stock assets, third-party expenses, self-referrals, existing ISP+ leads or clients, duplicate referrals, purchases outside the attribution period, unpaid amounts, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, or unauthorized discounts.
4. Attribution
Approved affiliates receive a unique code and tracking link. Attribution lasts 30 days from the last valid affiliate referral. A manually entered valid code may establish attribution. ISP+ records determine attribution. Submitting or clicking a link does not guarantee qualification or commission.
5. Notifications
Affiliates may receive notices when a referral is recorded, qualified, paid, approved for commission, and paid. Notices may omit client-identifying information. A referral-recorded notice confirms tracking only and does not confirm earnings.
6. Approval and payment
Website commissions become eligible after ISP+ receives all required project payments. SEO commissions become eligible after the first monthly payment clears. A 30-day holding period applies. Approved commissions are normally paid by ACH on the 15th of the next month after the holding period. ISP+ may adjust the date for weekends, holidays, processing interruptions, incomplete tax/payment information, or investigation. Later refunds or disputes may be deducted from future amounts.
7. Tax and payment information
Before receiving payment, an affiliate must provide accurate payment details and any required tax documentation through the method designated by ISP+. Affiliates are responsible for their taxes. ISP+ may issue required information returns and withhold payment when legally required or when documentation is incomplete.
8. Marketing rules
Affiliates must make clear and conspicuous disclosures that they may earn a commission. Affiliates may not use spam, purchased lists, deceptive advertising, false reviews, income or ranking guarantees, unauthorized paid-search trademark bidding, misleading domains or profiles, impersonation, altered pricing, unapproved discounts, unlawful content, or claims not supplied or approved by ISP+.
9. Brand and materials
ISP+ grants an approved affiliate a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use approved referral materials solely for the program. ISP+ retains all ownership. Materials may not be modified in a misleading manner.
10. Records, changes, and termination
ISP+ may audit referrals and withhold suspected fraudulent or disputed commissions. Either party may end participation. Valid commissions approved before termination remain payable unless these terms were violated. ISP+ may update the program prospectively by notice; continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. No guarantees and limitation
ISP+ does not guarantee referrals, conversions, revenue, uninterrupted tracking, or program availability. To the extent permitted by law, ISP+’s total program liability will not exceed unpaid, properly earned commissions attributable to the affiliate.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
