Business essentials
- Legal and public business name, phone, email, address, hours, and service area
- Primary customer, core services, differentiators, and the action visitors should take
- Required licenses, disclaimers, accessibility needs, and privacy requirements
Pages and features
Choose the pages customers actually need: Home, About, Services, Contact, FAQ, Gallery, Blog, or Locations. Identify booking, payments, donations, ecommerce, advanced forms, member access, multiple languages, CRM connections, or other integrations before design begins.
Brand and media
Provide the highest-quality logo available, brand colors, fonts, team photos, location photos, project images, testimonials, and social links. Confirm you own or have permission to use every asset. If no logo exists, request logo design as an à-la-carte item rather than using a low-resolution placeholder.
Ownership and access
Identify who controls the domain, DNS, hosting, analytics, Google Business Profile, and other connected services. Use delegated access where possible instead of emailing passwords. Decide whether the client or ISP+ will register a new domain and who pays renewals after any promotional period.
Approval rules
Name one decision-maker, define the revision window, and supply consolidated feedback. Confirm the post-launch maintenance choice and keep final credentials, source files, and renewal dates in a client-controlled handoff record.
